Thar - Scroll-Driven Desert Off-Road Showcase
Cinematic scroll-linked 60fps image sequence exploring 4x4 desert engineering.
This site is a functional concept prototype and demonstration build created by Parmeet to showcase domain-specific UI/UX architecture, responsive layouts, and interactive mechanics for prospective clients. It is not an operating commercial business.
The Concept
Thar is an interactive concept showcase engineered to prove mastery over high-performance scroll-driven image sequence animations. It synchronizes 60 high-definition frames to the browser scroll position at 60 FPS.
Signature Feature & Interactive Mechanics
Constructed a Next.js application utilizing HTML5 Canvas and GSAP ScrollTrigger to render sequential vehicle frames with zero stutter, interactive chassis hotspot tooltips, and mechanical spec overlays.
Key Capabilities & UX Details
- 60-frame scroll-linked vehicle rotation and terrain progression at 60 FPS
- HTML5 Canvas preloading and memory management pipeline
- Interactive mechanical hotspot tooltips detailing approach angles and ground clearance
- Desert golden-hour color grading with atmospheric dust particle overlay
Design Identity & Execution
Design Identity: Warm desert ochre & slate · Condensed technical display · Scroll-linked canvas sequence.
